Pyramid-Style Screens for the FLC 2000 Series

Our FLC 2000 pyramid-style shaker screens are premium aftermarket drilling mud screens for Derrick FLC 2000 series shakers. With a 3D corrugated surface, they offer 25–50% more non-blanked area compared to flat screens, increasing fluid handling capacity while maintaining cut point accuracy.
Industry note: these are commonly referred to as “pyramid” (‘PMD’) screens in drilling, but here we supply aftermarket replacement products designed for compatibility only.
